s.w. Wi. | I had that happen and it turns out that one of the guys' friends had already asked him about renting years ago. He didn't tell me that, but I found out that it was the case. Another property owner told me that he had friends who had been after his property for years and was worried that they would be mad if he didn't rent to one of them. Now he has to decide which friend he wants to keep and which ones may not be such good friends after all. Point is, there are a lot of politics going on that the landowners do not tell you about. Doesn't hurt to ask people though and if you are being considerate they won't mind. | |
