Weatherford, OK | Has anyone ever become a partner in land ownership by furnishing labor and equipment? Have a non farm friend who has expressed an interest in partnering on some land. He is familiar with ag as he spent a lot of time on the farm with me when we were kids and where we grew up is not an urban area by any means. We were thinking about if he bought land, partnering on farming it together with me furnishing all of the equipment and labor for a small percentage of ownership transferring each year. We were just kicking around thoughts and thinking out loud and thought I would ask if anyone here had any experience with such a thing. Might be a weird idea, but just a thought. TIA | |
