Direct Injected - 3/20/2013 16:23 Curious how it isn't practical for a beef operation? We sleeve ours but the blood test doesn't seem like a bad idea..

Like Roy@Ranch  said, I don't want to bring the entire cow herd back into the yard & run them through again just to cull out the opens. I have 2 sorts off the squeeze chute, keepers & culls. Keepers go back out to the bush & culls go into the cull pen for feeding. Another job done, onward & forward. In a dairy barn where you're bringing them in multiple times every day  for milking, might be a little handier.
