I agree with Gerald on the tissue tests for micros. Soil tests are not the best source of information on micros. Micro's could be your limiting factor. I found that Boron was limiting my alfalfa yields from tissue tests. I've had low zinc levels in corn also. End of season stalk tests are simple to do and will tell you if N was your limiting factor.
