| Jack, it seems to me the person who tell you 600-700 gal/min is enough is an agronomist and not a pivot installation designer, perhaps I’m wrong……
After read Hayinhere´s comment I was wondering what the installation designer has said about 600-700 or 950 gpm as I suppose a technician in the design of such installation type was involved, i.e. somebody from the technical dept of any pivot manufacturer, to evaluate all issues about vibrations, cavitations, erosion, max/min flow, etc, of the real installation you have even if your pivot is second hand at different flowrates.
Just my 2 cents.
