Lancaster, OH | It can be easy to kill but that doesn't mean you can apply or mix anything and kill it. Applications of glyphosate only with AMS does a great job. Mix a triazine or some other chemistries with it and...well, things get much more tolerant.
Most cereal grains are really easy to kill before the joint or after flag leaf. In between is when they get tougher as all the nutrients are moving up, not down into the roots. We've experienced that with wheat and rye often. | |
