kuna, Id | Hey Jerry, Yeah, all of a sudden its getting a little crazy out there.... If you got a written contract you should be good, it should carry over. I had that happen last year july on a place on meridian rd. and the buyer elected to buy me out on the spot after he tried to assert his ownership over me..... fortunately I had a contract to back up my position. He wanted it immediately even though we were already side dressed and on third irrigation pass, told him if he wanted it it would cost him 1600 an acre. He paid it, then he didn't even do anything with it, it's still sitting there. But it left me a little short on feed. So I cant have that happen again this year. This situation was a little different as I didn't have the paper to back me up.
couple hundred an acre and water???? wonder if it is the same buyer as my deal. If it's your place on the creek I will bet you a 5 dollar bill that it is. | |
