SW Idaho | Hey Ted....just to let you know your not the only one in the area with similar problem. I had a written agreement from bank for 2013, planted a crop last fall, and it sold. Just now contacting me for several hundred an acre and the water bill or not choose to farm it.
Thanks Jay for the links I will look at them. I thought the state law was if it was tilled or planted by Oct.15 you had the right to farm it the next year? | |
