kuna, Id | Well, I think we might get something worked out on a one year deal. Probably going to cost me 50% more than the highest rent that i have ever paid in my life but at least its better than the alternative of just getting kicked off and and having to fight to recoup expenses. I am waiting on papers to sign as I type this. I don't think either one of us really likes the deal but I guess that is what you call compromise. Supposedly this guy is a pretty big developer in the area and owns a huge number of acres. He told me that he lets one farmer run all his acres, which explains how that guy got so big so fast. Who knows maybe if I play my cards right I can make it to where he has two farmers to run all his acres. | |
