NNY | Some of our rented land is on a year to year basis. The arrangement makes it hard to address the PH issue(5.9) that is present. Is there any product that can be put 2x2 w/ liquid fert or dribbled behind closing wheels that would be quickly available to this years corn crop?
We have talked several times w/ the landlord(78 yr old) explaining that we would like a 5 yr lease so we can make some improvements to HIS LAND that would address this issue and most likely add to the properties value and rental rate.
Any suggestions also as to how we can present this issue to the landlord so as to keep situation positive and moving forward toward a hopeful purchase in the coming years. TIA | |
