I'm in about the same situation as you, have off farm job also, farm with small equipment, 3010 jd, D17 allis 4row planter, raise fat cattle and feeder pigs, neighbors laugh at me, might take me a day or two longer in the feild but I get it done with just as good of crops as them. Also I'm UPGRADEING to a 4020 for that many acres thats all you need for now. Plus its all paid for. GOOD LUCK!! When I figure out how to post pictures I'll show how us little guys do it so everyone can have a good laugh!!
