Subject: RE: " Fade" the crowd market mentality is

New Mexico
cows raising calves.
Just less feeder cattle every year now.

Everyone and their dog is growing or trying to grow more corn.
One can't blame em, crop insurance is a profitable floor for the product, thus it's a "fail safe" investment.

Problem with corn is, that it IS Government dependant.
As the government keeps subsidizing the crop insurance that favors more of the product grown...well then more will be grown.
( Bush and Obama both wanted / want more alternate fuels thus e passed in 2004 ).

The trick with corn production may be the same as figuring out what the government does or does not do.
Just pick the future day of what they can or cannot supposedly afford.

Heaven forbid the epa gets over ruled by elected leaders at some point. lol.

Get moisture and a pile of cattle are simply dissappearing in the natural feeds environment, sooo that will eventually pressure down the corn co products feed markets.

only homes for ddg's / wdg's etc are livestock, or exports, or a landfill.
( just depends on how much is to much to sell )

Beef exports keep rolling and other Western style economies also have consumers who are tired of their govt debt messes too.

Sooo, gas goes up some and the "little man" economies fire up the grills and keep on keepin on in more solid conservative ways as comped to their govt's and big consolidated forced market / industry segments.

That's pretty good for beef, pork, chickie, and beverage sales.
btw, has anyone noticed that there's less feeder cattle every year?
