Zion hands down. Lot to see there, and the surrounding country. Bryce Canyon is close by as well, but not nearly as much too see there as Zion. Grand Canyon is tolerable in the winter. I've always wanted to do the North Rim side of Grand Canyon, supposedly not as crowded but it is a summer only adventure and I never can get away in the summer.
