Ravenna Ohio | You get a tip of the hat from me. You took on a project, not an employee. My own kids showed me it takes more than a quick direction to teach the things we assume are simple task. I don't know if labor laws would allow this. I paid (allowance) my kids for each assigned job done correctly. Not done, not paid. That may permit penalty without giving up and firing before you want to. I would take the kids and redo the bad job with them and explain what was needed to improve. It took patience, but made me a better boss also. | |
