Ours died Wednesday and called that night. Was on door step Saturday when we got home. I knew that they were going to charge shipping and that doesn't set well. They did throw in the bottom 30 movie channels for six months to offset the shipping. Whenever we have had problems (seldom) they have always given 3-6 months of the movie channels.
DirectTV Genie made it exactly one month.
