My sister waitressed at some restaurants while in college. One place she worked got away with paying less than half of minimum wage. Then they took all her receipts and totaled them and figured out what her tips should have been and subtracted it from her check. She went and got her check and opened it and it was about $15.00 for 2 weeks work, she goes into the office and asks, "What's this crap?" So the boss explained it, Then my sister says, I quit. Boss says, you can't quit without giving two weeks notice. My sister says, "Well you were supposed to pay me for working and you didn't, So I figure were even.

So, I have no use for anyone that doesn't tip their servers, Unless the service is seriously bad.
