They have federal crop for back up, I hope.
I'd listen to post above, get another bank or two your numbers.
If something big comes around, you need to be ready.(found out hard way)
I'm not bright enough to know which banks will help you more in tough times, that's probably as big a factor as interest rates.
Keep us posted how you come out.
