Glasgow, Ky | Just a disjointed thought. What effect will inflation have on the subprime mess? Financial institutions are sitting on, or potentially sitting on, many homes. As the governments fiscal policy of cutting interest rates is fueling inflation it should slow the decline in home values much as it is contributing to the increase in land values.
I might be totally off on this but it wouldn't be the first time. Would be interested in hearing others thoughts on this. | |
