As far as big oil goes the worlds ten biggest oil producers only produce 10% of worlds oil. It's the other 90% that produce the other 90% of the oil. Maybe get them together to start a price fix!
Now if you wanted to grab 10% of a group of producers who produce 90% of a commodity you have come to the proper board!
