NCND
We are now around 753k a day for oil here in gods country. I've been in many meetings where the big shots who are spending millions upon millions building long term infrastructure and businesses here say we will be around 1.2 million in 2016. Rate of omcrease has slowed as we run out of places to take this oil. I'm in line at the plains manitou rail site right now and I am 20 trucks deep. Aka there is 4k bbls of oil on front off right now just waiting for room. That's just here. This facility started taking oil about 5 months ago. There was at first a small line now it's like this for 2 reasons. The rail serve people can't find enough people to work here for 30/ hr loading cars and there is around 150 new wells coming online every month.
The rate of production will slow but not Just because old wells slow but because they are slowing down tracking these wells because they won't have a place to deliver the oil to Would you rowrote a check for 5 million to complete a well of you knew you would have to choke production or possibly shut in until there is room for your oil on pipe or rail?
The rail is the answer now but there are only so many switches the railroads can make per week. Eventually you have to move trains in and out and we all know how well 2 trains going in opposite directions do when passing err running into one another. Even if they hve side track pull offs to takes time.
My hometown elevator is running enbridges new rail faciltity and they will load a unit train per day out of there. This is on the mainline in addition to the 12 unit trains they send out of grain each year.
It will take sometime before the population is in place to fill all these jobs. I'm sitting in a truck right now of my own because I don't have anybody else to do it. It's great money too so I don't mind paying myself to drive truck. Just stayed steady last two weeks taking off Christmas and stuff and still took home 4400 for the two weeks. These are the same wages I pay my non college educated truck drivers. Not bad money at all IMHO.
