Saskatchewan, big whitetail country!!! | A guy who lives nearby farms about 1000 acres. About 58 years old. Never had to buy his land, he was given it from his dad, who was given it from his dad. He is wealthy and pays cash for everything. Has grossly over-sized machinery for his acreage. He does an excellent job, hardly makes visible mistakes, and seems very happy outwardly at least. Alas, he is also a bachelor, so probably is lonely beyond belief.
I am pretty happy, I would say. Content with what I have, content with my critters, my soul is content. I have never been so content as I have been this year. Have four awesome little kids, a super wife who is so beautiful to me, a great and growing church family, and good friends. I am pretty happy really. |
