One neighbor here, he's probably about 70 years old, now farms about 250 acres. I've been trying for years to get him to sell the 30 acres or so that adjoins one of our fields, but he has little interest in selling. I think he's having more fun and making more money now than he did when he was a BTO 30 years ago.
