Thunder Bay, Ontario, Great White North | I'm not saying my layout is the best, but it works here. I have yet to see a better layout for cow flow and labor efficiency. Four rows head to head, 30 stalls each row for a total of 120. Feed bunk along one side, only 15" per cow but it works in a robot barn. We are getting great intakes and production. Robots opposite the ends of the stall rows, 16' away. I will get some more stuff together next week and drop you an email if you are interested.
