Here we go! Dropped 4 pounds last week. Really made a conscious effort to stay away from pie and ice cream, any sodas, and cookies. Smaller portions and grapefruit for a snack rather than cookies. Getting my head wrapped around the weight loss is 90% of the battle. I already feel better. Thank you for your dilligent posts. It really helps
