Watonwan County MN | Really tried this last week just to cut out the Mt Dew, and it apparently helped. Down from 264.1 to 262.2. Did not get the excercise in we were planning because had appointment at Mayo in Rochester thursday and friday. Today starts the "detox" my wife has mapped out. So far I'm starving, but I know I will be better for it. We skipped her work Christmas party because we know it would not have been good. She lost just over 3 lbs. But she excercised at Curves twice last week. Maybe I should try going with her...
