i do think the drought is partially priced in............not completely as it is really off the radar right now...................if it wasn't priced in Dec 2013 futures would probably be closer to 5.50 then 6.50................

typically the seasonal risk premium starts around march .........lasting threw June...............unless conditions are like last year............
