Thanks for sharing that story about a wonderful, man, life and family.  I live about 1 hours drive south of Fort Sill Oklahoma in north Texas and on a still clear day we can hear the guns firing when they do gunnery practice. On this Thanksgiving I am so very thankful for those like your dad who put it all on the line for our freedom. Wish him a Happy Birthday from Texas.
