Subject: RE: finding the right combine

I've had several NH TR's over the years and they are indeed a good combine.  If you have a NH dealer close by, don't hesitate to go with a TR86.  I went from an 85 to a 97 this year.  As far as straw goes, both CIH and NH do the same job of chewing it up, so you may as well go NH.   The twin rotor is better than the single rotor.  If you have one rotor, it dumps all the threshed grain to one side of the sieve.
