Very cool, that you won a tournament with an Off the shelf Marlin. I have admired Marlins but never owned one. My favorite squirrel rifle is my Dad's old Remington Pump 572, I killed a lot of squirrels with that as a boy.

22 rifles are a lot of fun. Just last night I eliminated a family of coons on my way home from the farm with the good ol' Ruger that always stays in my farm Jeep.

Now I have a 17HMR which is great coon medicine, but I don't always have it with me at the farm.
