As for you just getting a thank you note, I'd be happy. Last time I filled out a parts satisfaction survey, I got called 'into the office'. The store manager called me in and started to chastise me about sending in a bad report to Mother Deere. He said it costs them (and ultimately the farmers) money because Mother Deere wouldn't give them as good of deals. I politely let him know what I thought about the parts department, the store in general and where they could put their survey. Somehow I never seem to get the survey forms anymore. | |
