I hate debt. No matter how low the rate. I suppose if it were 1% or 2% I might let it ride if I knew I might need some cash in the next 6 months or so. I always figure no use paying interest when I wouldn't have any trouble taking out a new loan later if the need came up.
How low of an interest rate would keep you from paying ahead...
