There is no bubble, there are many people out there with more than enough money and assets to buy land. My dad has said the same thing and he's 70. I am just happy I bought some land 15 years ago, because it would be alot tougher now. You won't find a better time to borrow money than right now, unless you don't need to borrow money like some folks. Some people seem to think that because they can't afford the outrageous price for land that it is infathomable that other folks can. | |
