I don't look so much as land is never a bad investment or it is or isn't a bubble. I look more at it in if corn was to go back to $3.50 and beans to $9.00 for 1 whole year, (both spring and fall price), Could you afford to make all your payments. What if it happened for 2 years. If it went for 3 or 4? If you could handle 1 or 2 years without severely hurting yourself then I'd go for it.
