NC | I have a HOT fence. It knocked my husband unconscious and left a dog that accidentally hit it loopy for several hours(both hit it with their head). and I know they still get in.
It really depends on how hungry they are, how much they will test the fence.
Problem is they expand their numbers soo fast, that its only a matter of time before they get hungry enough to take a lickin to get to some easy food.
