It will keep in the bags pretty good, but the day that bag is opened, the corn would need to be picked up ASAP and fed or put through a dryer. We've bagged 18% corn and left it for seven months with no issues, but upon opening the bag it was blended with 13% corn to get an average of 15.5% and sent to the mill that same day.
