Downtown Shell Knob MO Come Visit!
They sold a lot of them. I wouldn't give too much for one because there are plenty for sale/not being used. The three row narrow corn head is worth its weight in gold. I might consider it worth as much as the chopper in some cases. On the other hand, it shouldnt be too hard to find a narrow pickup head fairly cheap. Ive never owned a 3960 but the two quick things to chech that always matter with a chopper are the knifes and the shear bar. Both arent cheap, and both are basically what make a chopper a chopper. From personal experence we did some balage in a small scale and now we do silage in a small scale and we prefer the silage from a handling feeding standpoint once we were setup to do it.
