Lander, WY
is an old POW camp building. When the traveling Vietnam Wall came to town, they leveled off a big area in the parking lot and hit the remains of a building that was reinforced. They buried several 4x4x3 chunks of concrete. The POW's worked beet fields in the area from what I've been told.
