The auditor did not understand the refuge difference between the genuity smart staxx and regular VT3 and we got a letter saying we were non-compliant and we were going to get audited again this year. I called up the agency and sent them all of my invoices from all my seed providers and got it cleared to show that we were actually compliant and not getting re-audited for being non-compliant.
Make sure that you keep copies of all the paperwork used during the audit process. |
