Many years ago, there were several variations of titles published about women.  One was a small book given out as an advertising gimmick, with the advertiser printing his name and phone number on the back.  Don't remember who it was, but it was given out to many men.  Several people copied the idea, I believe it was sometime in the 1950's that I first saw it.

On the front cover, there was  a title that said, "Everything Men Know About Women."  When you opened the pages, all were blank. 

Pretty well summed up the situation, most men said.  In the many years since then, I haven't been able to add anything to the original book with blank pages.
