Neighboring farmer stopped behind a lady in a caddy on a dirt road by one of his corn fields. Asked her what she was doing as he could see her trunk nearly full of ear corn. She matter of factly told him that everyone knows that the outside 16 rows next to a public road were for public use. Neighbor could not convince her otherwise until he called the sheriffs dept.
