Thank you John.  I'll discuss this info with KSBoy as he knows a lot more about pesticides than I do. 

When I was growing up, my mom used to take us to Indiana for the day, to go by the farm where she grew up in the summers.  We would go and get u-pick produce.  We'd drive by gardens like yours, and from that time till now, have always wanted a nice big garden full of luscious produce.  Now I have it; just can't keep the weeds down like I'd like.  Thanks again.
