My dad has been in a nursing home since last February. He has lost the ability to walk and also has dementia. He usually knows who I am, but meaningful conversations are a thing of the past. Its tough for all, especially my mom. Who at age 86 drives in to eat lunch with him every day.
Getting old is not going to be fun is it?
