Schlegel Farms, Hagerstown Indiana | Sold some new beans on the close (12/11) over the phone. It Was a new high close for SX08, and it was over $10 local.
Now the funny part is, I told them I'd stop in the morning and sign the contract. Well I sat there "flapping my gums too long", and let the market open before I left....it was a "Bad Sale" before I left the elevator with the contract. Every contract I have for Jan delivery is below market, but I usually get out of the building before the market beats me down (LOL).
It's still hard to play the "What If Game" when you deliver a bad contract....but....at these prices I'm still going to keep trickling a little at a time.
