So lets just say $500/acre inputs including labor, fertilizer, seed, fuel, equipment, etc and say $200/acre land rent. So you have $700/acre in expenses and then you expect to clear $70/acre? Or are you not including labor into the expense category and the 10% goes to pay the labor? |
