WCMO-SWMO Area | Believe it or not all 15 farms that I mentioned have their home base within 10 miles of me..Of course most of them farm ground that is out of this circle..I didnt count one farmer that comes in from another county and farms about 1500 acres fairly close to me..He farms about 4500 acres total spread out over 30 miles..
Going out to 20 more miles around me would add another 30 plus full time farmers to the list...A few only farm 500-700 acres each while several are in the 3000-8000 acre range..I didnt count an Amish community where they each own 40-80 acres..
