Kind of partial to northeast Nebraska. Decent to good soils but lots of old school,smaller sized farms with plenty of diversity to them. Some small dairies,feedlots etc. Sioux City Iowa and Yankton South Dakota not far. Not too far from the remoteness of the Sandhills either.
