Subject: Re: Soybeans

Lancaster, OH
Just completed some plot evaluations in Indiana and Ohio (Indiana--Bluffton, Evansville, Remington & Greensburg, Ohio--Tiffin, Findlay & Archbold). Over those locations, I was counting all pods whether they were very early or had beans in them. These locations averaged about 250 pods per foot of row in 30" rows.

How much will they yield? Only the weather will tell. There were significant differences in treatments but the final yields are yet to be determined. These plants also still had about 350 blooms per foot, as well.
