Subject: RE: Pulling a disk with a pickup truck vs hauling

West Tennessee
My first instinct was to say absolutely I would pull it. I pulled a 750 J&M grain cart with a 3/4 ton truck (ok it was 1500HD which I've been told is not really 3/4 ton.....sure road like a 3/4 ton though) from up there where you're going to West TN about 10 years ago. Only issue was crossing the VERY narrow bridge into KY. That was a HUGE mistake not to be repeated. After reading Dutch's reply about how heavy that disk is I'm not so sure now. You might need a heavier truck to do this deal but I would still pull it. Did I tell you that bridge into KY is VERY narrow. Don't go that way!
