| I've also started thinking and planning for next year and praying for this years bean crop. Had a bit of self funeral for the corn crop a couple weeks ago and its time to move on so to speak. Whats dissapointing is that we were so darn close to a good corn crop. Ours had the height and color and tried to tassel when 108 and wind hit!!! I don't feel sorry for those without crop insurance. They have chosen to self insure and thats the risk you take. EU crop insurance at 70 percent is almost free and there's really no good reason not to have it unless you just don't want to mess with the paperwork! | |
