Subject: Please tell me where harvest prices will be

SD/ND/FL
I feel it's impossible to predict the future prices of commodities. If it was, why do all major oil and gas companies hedge future production at profitable prices? Are farmers the only ones who can predict the future?

Will the prices at harvest being higher or lower than todays prices? My crystal ball is foggy, let me know what yours says.

Edit: I have 50% of my APH (new corn) priced at $5.90 futures
